Shrink Sleeve Applicators:
Maan Shrink Sleeve Applicators is an automatic applicator of heat shrink sleeves, thus providing true tamper evident protection of caps & closure for food, cosmetic as well as chemical products. Its functioning cycle also includes sleeve distribution (the height is programmable or for pre-printed sleeves controlled by mark sensor), cutting and opening. When product passes through, sleeves are placed in position by synchronized mechanism that is activated by photocell, at maximum speed of 80 products per minute.
Further, the machine is controlled by a PLC with display & keyboard allowing operators to enter operational parameters. The machine is equipped with 400 mm unwind unit, for sleeves from 30 up to 150 mm lay-flat ( for caps of 20 to 80 mm diameter). It can also be equipped with longitudinal perforation device to make it easier for consumers to tear off the sleeves. Maan sleeves may also be configured for application of full-body sleeves for creating great decorative effects. Being a compact, modular and floor stand unit, it can also be easily integrated into existing production lines.
